Former Chancellor Jeremy Hunt discusses his new book, Can We Be Rich Again? The Surprising Potential of Britain’s Economy. Jeremy Hunt served as Chancellor of the Exchequer from 2022 to 2024, guiding the UK economy through a period marked by high inflation and economic instability. Before becoming Chancellor, he held several senior Cabinet positions, including Foreign Secretary, Health Secretary and Culture Secretary, making him one of the most experienced politicians of his generation. Drawing on more than a decade at the highest levels of government, Hunt brings a unique insider’s perspective to the challenges and opportunities facing the British economy today.
